Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using any services offered by Strategic Relationship Experts LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We are a marketing and relationship service company that helps mature individuals (typically age 55+) connect with like-minded singles based on shared values, lifestyle preferences, and long-term relationship goals.

2. Nature of Service

Strategic Relationship Experts LLC is not a dating app or automated matchmaking platform. We do not use algorithms or AI to create matches.


All matchmaking and profile connections are managed manually by trained team members based on the information provided by the client.

We offer both online and offline introductions, and our service is centered around human interaction, care, and discretion. Our core offering is to deliver

value through real, personalized introductions— not automated data processing.

Our clients pay for connection-based services, meaning they pay to be introduced to compatible individuals who have similar intentions and are within their local area or region.


3. User Privacy & Confidentiality

We take the privacy and confidentiality of our clients very seriously.

All personal data collected (including name, contact information, age, preferences, photos, etc.) is stored internally and securely. We do not make user profiles publicly accessible, nor do we publish any identifiable information online. Contact information (such as phone numbers or emails) is only shared with another individual when both parties have expressly given consent for that introduction.

By submitting your information to us, you agree that:

You are providing accurate and truthful information.

You understand that your data will be used internally to determine compatibility with other clients.

You may be contacted by our team for verification purposes and matchmaking follow-up.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Clients may be offered a monthly membership fee to maintain their profile in our system.


Additional service fees may be charged when a verified and mutually agreed-upon date is arranged. All payment terms, including any recurring subscriptions, are disclosed prior to purchase. Refunds are available only in line with our stated refund policy (see Section 7 below).

We reserve the right to block or remove users from our platform permanently if they fail to pay after a completed service or if they breach our usage policies.


5. Use of Service

You agree to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree that you:

  • Are over the age of 18

  • Will not use our services for illegal, abusive, or deceptive purposes

  • Will treat other users with respect

  • Will not impersonate another person or misrepresent yourself


We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate accounts at our discretion in cases of violation of these terms.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide high-quality and meaningful introductions, we do not guarantee compatibility, chemistry, or successful outcomes

from any arranged meeting or communication.

The service is designed to create opportunities — not to promise a specific result or relationship.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.

7. Refund Policy

Subscription fees (e.g., $3.90/month) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If a client does not meet anyone through our platform due to lack of matches or mutual interest, they will not be charged for any dates. Payments for completed dates are made after the introduction has taken place.If a client fails to pay after a completed date, they may be permanently blacklisted and lose access to future services.

We aim to resolve issues quickly and professionally.


8. Dispute Resolution


Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our support team.


If unresolved, the matter shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and handled through binding arbitration in Sheridan, WY.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
